Take a short cruise on the river or simply sit back and watch the boats go by. A spot of fishing, picnic by the river and watch the water birds. Make sure you bring your camera to take some magic snaps. If you're feeling energetic, you are welcome to borrow the mountain bikes or take the 2 person canoe for a paddle down the Murray.
