How far apart are the three villas?
About 200 metres, across a 40-acre property. Each is a standalone single-storey building of 91 square metres with its own entrance and parking at the door, so there are no shared walls, no corridors and no shared outdoor space. It is possible to stay several days and never see another guest.
Is there a minimum stay?
Two nights, on every booking and every package. There is no single-night option. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is a relaxed 2pm, so two nights gives you a full uninterrupted day in between.
What is there to do around Mannum?
Paddle-steamer cruises from the town wharf, the Mannum Dock Museum, riverside walks and the Mannum Waterfalls after winter rain. Mannum is also the designated gateway to the River Murray International Dark Sky Reserve, so on a clear moonless night the Milky Way is visible from the patio without going anywhere at all. Langhorne Creek's cellar doors are about thirty minutes, the Barossa Valley about forty-eight, and The Bend Motorsport Park about thirty.
